Sundus Kubba is Chief of Staff at OneMain. She works closely with the CEO and executive team to drive critical initiatives that advance OneMain’s strategic priorities. Her previous responsibilities included the acquisition of Trim, OneMain’s customer wellness platform, as well as the acquisition and integration of Foursight Capital and the formation of OneMain Auto.

Prior to joining OneMain in 2020, Sundus spent over a decade at Barclays in various roles. Most recently, she was Head of Finance and Business Management for the Cards and Payment operations and technology group, during which she led a team of finance professionals across the U.S., U.K. and India to support Barclays’ fastest-growing business. Prior to that, she was a Director in the Financial Institutions Group of Barclays Investment Bank, where she advised companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and capital management.

Sundus received her Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and holds MSc and BSc degrees in engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. She is named as a co-inventor on multiple U.S. patents.
