  • Our more than 1,300 branches have been designed or retrofitted to accommodate a variety of physical needs, consistent with the ADA and other rules and regulations on accessibility and safety.
  • Billing statements, letters and other documents are available in a variety of formats, including large-print, braille, audio, or accessible PDF. All you have to do is call 1-800-290-7002 to request alternative formats.
  • Live reading of documents and sign-language interpreters are available upon request.
  • Our website and mobile applications are compatible with screen-reader technology.
  • We accept calls through Telecommunications Relay Services and can accommodate requests to contact you through such services. These services enable live text-based communication using a TTY device, TTY functionality on iPhones and Android phones, the IP relay website, or the IP relay mobile app.
