Brad Borchers is Executive Vice President, Branch Operations at OneMain, a position he has held since 2008. His responsibilities include overseeing OneMain’s more than 1,300 branches and working with OneMain team members and field leaders who serve customers in our communities every day. Brad is committed to ensuring that our branches continue to provide safe, affordable credit and high-quality products to our 2.3 million customers.

Brad started his career at OneMain in 1983 in the company’s leadership development program and has held numerous operational roles with increasing responsibility. He has led OneMain’s branch operations team since 2008.

He earned an associate’s degree in accounting from Kankakee Community College. Brad is an active member of the American Financial Services Association and has served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Independents Section Advisory Board and the Education Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, he is involved with numerous organizations in the community, including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
